Who we are

Results You Can Measure is a small creative marketing agency. In this statement, “we”, “us” and “our” means Results You Can Measure.

What personal information we collect

We only collect information that is useful for running the website, responding to enquiries and delivering our work. This may include:

• your name, business name, job title and contact details;
• information you send through email, phone calls, enquiry forms or meetings;
• project information, files, feedback and correspondence where you work with us;
• basic website usage information, such as server logs, device information and pages visited;
• marketing preferences, if you ask to receive updates from us.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

• reply to enquiries and arrange calls;
• understand whether we are the right fit for a project;
• prepare proposals, deliver work and manage client relationships;
• keep the website secure, reliable and useful;
• send updates where you have asked for them or where it is otherwise lawful to do so;
• meet legal, accounting and business administration requirements.

Our lawful bases

Under UK data protection law, we need a lawful basis to use personal information. Depending on the context, we may rely on:

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted suppliers who help us run the website, host services, manage email, deliver projects, keep records or support the business. These suppliers should only use the information for the work they do for us.

The main suppliers we currently use are:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and our forms service in the UK; processes limited traffic data under their privacy policy.
• SMTP2GO — delivers notification emails when you submit our contact form; their UK-region routing processes only the addresses and message body needed to send the email.
• Cleantalk — spam-checks form submissions; receives the message body and sender IP for the check and does not retain it.
• Our payment processor, accountant and our own mailbox provider for normal business email.

If a project requires us to share information with a third party — for example a developer, analytics platform or advertising platform you have asked us to set up — we will only do so where it is relevant to the work.

The contact form on this site posts to our own in-house form service at forms.resultsyoucanmeasure.com, also run by Results You Can Measure on Cloudflare UK infrastructure. We do not use third-party form widgets (such as Tally, Typeform or embedded chat tools) that would set cookies in your browser.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be in place, such as UK-approved contractual terms or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as we need it. Enquiry information is normally kept for long enough to follow up properly. Client and project records may be kept for longer where they are needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal or business reference purposes.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal information. Depending on the situation, you may be able to ask us to:

• confirm what information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information where we no longer need it;
• restrict or object to certain uses;
• provide information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
